I have known her for about 16 years but it's only been the last two or three years that she's really started to train hard! She is now on a seven day a week routine and also very much into food prep and monitoring her nutrition. She lifts weights at her gym and has a home gym set up for extra training in the evening. I know she maintains her intense training routine religiously.


We will have more on her in the months to come. She also plans to design some of her own fitness apparel.
