OK.

Lets start with your training routine and diet.

Training Routine

Postby Suzie Fonza on Tue Jan 29, 2008 3:19 am

Hey Great! Thanks!

I workout 4 times a week.

I was doing it at home - walking - yoga-light dumbbels- and a treadmill,

But I now belong to a small gym also.

I try and eat 3 good sized meals a day.

Hope to hear from you soon

Losing Weight

First of all you do not want to eat 3 large meals period. You want to eat 4-6 small meals each day and space them out as much as you can. Also try not to eat after 7pm if possible so that you will break the fast of the night at breakfast - yes that is how we got that term.

Also try and avoid processed foods and processes sugar as much as possible.

How long are your workouts?
