hi
im trying to lose the same as everyone else...the belly area... but build on my self as well.
im 5'7 and weight 225.
been going to the gym for about 4 months now 3-4 times a week now and have seen my "peak" of weight loss with losing 24lbs
i have been reading up on some suplements and this past monday i have started to take the following:
CLA 4000gm's a day
Lipo 6
and 1-2 protien shakes a day.
here is my workout schedule:
Tuesday: 15minute cardio warmup - upperbody weights - 30 minute cardio
Thursday: 30 minute cardio - leg weights
Saturday: 15minute cardio warmup - upperbody weights - 30 minute cardio
4th random day - all cardio
also i have cut out all soda and candy's. and eating alot better..just dont know if the fat im losing is going to muscle and thats not why im not seeing a result in my weight now.
the biggest question i have is....Is this a good stack of suplements and a good workout rutine to lose the rest of the weight i want and tone up???????????
