well im 16 and im only 5'5 and ive been workin out some ive been wanting to get bigger calves and triceps to help me for high school basketball i have a bowflex which i love but could u help me with tips to get bigger i know testostrone is pumpin good right now but could u give me some good exercises for a full body work out to look great and have a nice six pack

Any exercise equipment can help you get buffed - if you use it right.

First of all you need to lifting 3 -4 times a week and you need to be doing sprint - plyo-metrics - and veritcal jump training also.

Remember you are not just flexing you are also having to compete and play your sport.

You need a reel power diet also.
