How many meals should I eat a day and when should i eat them?

I like to eat but I am now gaining weight and my clothes are getting tight and I do not feel good like I used to.

I am going to join your online magazine tomorrow but wanted to get some info today if you have time?

I will look for your post on my online magazine.

You need to eat 4-5 small meals a day, and TRY NOT to eat after 7pm.

Avoid sugar and sweets and get fresh foods and meats.
