First
of all I believe that submission wrestling is one of the best training exercises
in the world.
You:
- Use every muscle in your body
- Burn calories that you will never burn on your own
- Develop flexibility
- Build incredible muscles and power
- Build incredible endurance
- Build seff confidence
- Learn how to defend yourself
Yes you will have the most aerobic workout that you have ever had
in your life! You will be tired after 5 minutes and after 10 minutes you
will want to sleep for a week.
My style is like jiu jitsu but with no joint locks which can cause some
serious injuries. You start from the knees and you go at it with full power.
Within 5 minutes you will calling for time out, But within 2-3 months you
will be in the best shape of your life. This is not high school wrestling
- pins - wrestlers starving themselves - and times rounds.
This is submission style with buffed up strong and powerful wrestlers going
at it from all angles with no pins or 3 minute rounds
It is like the Ultimate Fighting but with none of the down punching or,
or in my opinion the weak boxing that they show.
I just took over this site - and some of it is cheesey- but give me a 1-2
weeks to make it JAM!
