First of all I believe that submission wrestling is one of the best training exercises in the world.

You:

  2. Burn calories that you will never burn on your own
  3. Develop flexibility
  4. Build incredible muscles and power
  5. Build incredible endurance
  6. Build seff confidence
  7. Learn how to defend yourself

Yes you will have the most aerobic workout that you have ever had in your life! You will be tired after 5 minutes and after 10 minutes you will want to sleep for a week.

My style is like jiu jitsu but with no joint locks which can cause some serious injuries. You start from the knees and you go at it with full power.

Within 5 minutes you will calling for time out, But within 2-3 months you will be in the best shape of your life. This is not high school wrestling - pins - wrestlers starving themselves - and times rounds.

This is submission style with buffed up strong and powerful wrestlers going at it from all angles with no pins or 3 minute rounds

It is like the Ultimate Fighting but with none of the down punching or, or in my opinion the weak boxing that they show.
